    Cannelloni are a cylindrical type of pasta generally stuffed with minced beef to bake for about 16 minutes. The dough is made with durum wheat flour, pasteurized fresh eggs, water and salt while the main ingredients of the filling are mixed meats, mortadella, beef, pepper, ham, breadcrumbs and nutmeg.

    Colors (pink for the filling and straw yellow for the dough) together with the unique scent of fresh egg pasta are the main organoleptic characteristics of Cannelloni filled with minced meat. They are packaged in 500 grams envelope and must be stored at a temperature between 2 and 4 degrees.
