Made with ingredients such as fresh pasta of durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs (minimum 20% of the total), water and flour, the "quadrucci" are a typical dish from the Umbrian tradition. The traditional recipe is a pea soup, chicken livers, onion.
"Quadrucci" are packed in a protective atmosphere in 1,000 grams bag and must be cooked for about 3 and a half minutes in boiling water. Store in a refrigerator between 2 and 4 degrees.
