    One of the most appreciate specialty from Molisan tradition, "Cavatelli" is a fresh pasta type made with durum wheat semolina and water. Thanks to their delicate taste, "cavatelli" are recommended for simple sauces: tomato pulp and pecorino, "Arrabbiata" sauce (with chili), even if they are really pleasant also with elaborate sauces such as ragù. They must cook for about 4 minutes and remain resistant to cooking.

    The product, packaged in propylene for foods, it is preserved in a 500 grams envelope and must be stored at a temperature between 2 and 4 degrees to keep intact its organoleptic qualities.
