"Tortellini" is a typical filled egg pasta from the Central Italy tradition. The basic ingredients for this type of pasta are durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs (minimum 20% of the total pulp) and water. Between allergens we count breadcrumbs, garlic, nutmeg and flour. In fact, as a stuffed egg pasta, it also includes many other ingredients such as beef, mortadella, herbs, spices, rosemary, pepper, basil and marjoram.
It's shape is rounded and the smell is pleasant and flavored. Tortellini are packaged in 500 grams envelope. Cooking should not exceed 4 minutes in order to keep the dough at its best.
